1. Information We Collect

We collect data that helps us deliver, secure, and improve NexusVM services.

  • Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, billing and payment details, and address or postal code (when voluntarily provided).
  • Account Data: preferences, support tickets, and other information you submit while interacting with our platform.
  • Automated Data: IP address, approximate geolocation, browser and device details, session activity, usage metrics, and cookie identifiers captured through security and analytics tooling.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: provision and management of hosting, cloud solutions, and user accounts.
  • Customer Support: responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: detecting, investigating, and preventing abuse or malicious activity.
  • Legal Compliance: satisfying regulatory requirements and enforceable legal requests.
  • Marketing & Promotions: delivering optional newsletters, offers, and product updates when you opt in.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

  • Service Providers & Vendors: trusted partners who assist with payment processing (e.g., secure UPI gateways, Stripe), infrastructure hosting, analytics, and communications.
  • Legal Compliance: disclosures required by applicable law, court orders, or regulatory authorities.
  • Business Transfers: disclosures necessary in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring.

4. Data Security Measures

We implement layered safeguards to protect your data, including encryption for data at rest and in transit, strict role-based access controls, and recurring security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

No system is completely immune to threats, so we encourage customers to use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, and rotate credentials regularly.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

  • We use cookies, web beacons, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to improve site performance, understand feature usage, and support relevant advertising where allowed.
  • You can disable cookies within your browser settings; some features may not function as intended when cookies are blocked.

6. User Rights & Control

  • Access & Update Data: review or change personal details via your account settings.
  • Data Deletion: request service cancellation and removal of associated personal data.
  • Marketing Preferences: opt out of promotional communications through unsubscribe links or account controls.
  • Data Portability: request a digital export of stored information in a commonly used format.

7. Data Retention Policy

We retain personal data for as long as needed to deliver purchased services, meet contractual commitments, and satisfy legal obligations.

Inactive accounts or expired services may be purged in accordance with internal retention schedules and regulatory requirements.

8. Social Media & Third-Party Logins

If you sign in through third-party platforms (such as Google, Facebook, or Twitter), we may receive limited profile data—typically your name, email address, and avatar.

You can manage or revoke these permissions within the respective social platform settings at any time.

9. Data Ownership and Control

  • Server Data: content stored on virtual machines, dedicated servers, virtual private servers, or shared game servers is owned by the account holder or server operator.
  • No Interference Without Consent: NexusVM will not access, copy, or modify Server Data without written authorization from the account holder, unless legally required or necessary to mitigate an active security or abuse incident.
  • Terminated State Ownership Transfer: once a service is canceled and deprovisioned, any residual Server Data on that service becomes NexusVM property and may be retained or repurposed in accordance with applicable law and third-party rights.
  • Account and Payment Information: personal profile data and payment details remain owned by the account holder. NexusVM never stores full payment card numbers or passwords; transactions are processed by compliant payment gateways.

10. Policy Updates & Changes

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect product improvements, regulatory changes, or operational updates.

Material updates will be announced through email notifications or prominent website banners. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
